Well established printers have an immediate need for a qualified Cutting Pressman. This successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Bobst, Iijima, or Brausse cutting presses.
Must have Folding Carton Die Cutting experience. Pre-makeready experience is a plus. Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge of Bobst cutting equipment and must be able to setup and run Bobst 104ER, 142ER and 130ER presses.
Bonus if you have great people skills and team-building know how. Must also possess strong motivation, good judgment, sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented manufacturing environment.
Major printing companies have an immediate need for a qualified Flexo Pressman. This position will setup and run 32" to 48” Zerand, Mercury, or Kidder Flexo presses with in-line die cutting.
Qualified candidates will be skilled on large format Flexo printing presses and will know in-line die cutting.
Will troubleshoot production problems and recommend process improvements and resolve maintenance problems.
Position includes an excellent benefits and relocation package.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal skills and a polished presentation. Must have a proven sales background with sales experience in the Folding Carton Industry and very stable work history (no job hopping).
Must be very knowledgeable of West Coast Folding Carton markets and be able to develop strong, lasting relationships based on honesty and trust.
This position will require tenacity and a strong bias for action in the face of an often ambiguous selling environment. Qualified candidates will have an active level of Folding Carton sales. Plant runs sheet-fed offset presses with CTP and complete pre-press and design group. This is and expansion position.
The ideal candidate will be physically located within the sales territory mentioned above.
